PropDealAnalyzer ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and store information when you use our platform.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide our property analysis services:
Account & Profile Data: Email address, Supabase user ID, login session data, optional name, plan type, subscription status, credits/usage, and avatar URL.
Billing Data: Stripe receives your email, selected plan, and price/tier. We do not store raw card details.
Property Analysis Inputs: Postcode, address, listing URL, purchase price, rent, GDV, refurb costs, bedrooms, sqft, strategy, finance assumptions, and fees.
Generated Analysis Data: Market metrics (yield, rent, EPC, crime, GBP/sq ft), comparables, AI analysis, financial calculations, and stress test reports.
Saved Portfolio Data: Saved deal addresses, image URLs, and analysis snapshots.
Uploads: User-uploaded avatar images and property images stored in Supabase.
Support & Technical Data: Support messages and technical log data (server logs, API errors, browser/network metadata). Note: Server-side logs may contain technical metadata and, in limited instances, query parameters (such as postcodes) used for debugging. These are stored securely and purged periodically.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We share data with:
Supabase: Cloud database and storage.
Stripe: Secure payment processing.
Google Analytics: Website usage statistics.
PropertyData & EPC API: Retrieval of market metrics.
Google Maps API: Geocoding and mapping services.
